Week 10 MKMMA

Abundance is within our grasp, and it’s a lot easier to have than most people think it is.  I’ve been enjoying each day because I focus much more attention on abundance, appreciation, and gratitude than I do on what I don’t have.

The majority of people focus much more attention on lack, scarcity, and poverty, and then they are surprised when they cannot change where they are at in life.  Then they spend more time complaining about other people than doing something to improve their situation.  You don’t need to look far to find these negative people, they are everywhere.  It is much more difficult to stay clear of them and not let them suck the life from you, and take away any positive energy you have and all the things you have worked hard to achieve.

If you are at a place where you are not sure what you want, take a look at the negative people around you, you will quickly see what you don’t want in your life.  When you see these miserable people around you just understand, the reason they are that way is because that’s what they have been thinking about, what they have been focusing on.

Did you ever have one of those days?  You know the type I’m talking about, the days when you wish you had stayed in bed.  I promise you it all started with one bad thing, and then you built on it.  Before long you wondered why everything was going wrong, pretty simple, you focused on the bad and you got all that and more.

That poor me, why don’t I get a break place of being was compelling enough to capture my attention for a while, but I decided to try out the abundance mindset.  The awesome thing is that it creates just as many good days in your life, and it’s a lot more fun.

We all have to have some type of a “day”, so would it be okay to choose a good day full of abundance?

The journey continues, you can follow along right here.
